Project: Identity & Website “Gismondi on Wine”
Anthony Gismondi is a world authority on wine, with an encyclopedic catalogue of tasting notes and reviews on his website, Gismondi On Wine. A heavy hitter in the wine industry for over 30 years, Anthony is known for his knowledge and expertise, and tell-it-like-it-is attitude. His brand needed to portray an established maturity while remaining modern. The mark is inspired by wine symbols, such as cork markers or the rim of a wine glass. In the word mark, strong slab serif letterforms suggest a trusted heritage, rooted in old world sensibilities.
